ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE PAID FOR IN ADVANCE. 

We will send you an invoice.  Payments must be made via credit card or online banking. Please only pay, once your booking request has been confirmed.  Your booking request is confirmed when we email you an invoice.

What to bring

  • Pillow-slip
  • Sleeping Bag or Sheets & Covers
  • Towels
  • Toiletries
  • Snacks / Drinks.  

Things To Note

  1. The lodge front and back doors are fitted with digital locks. Please ensure you ask for the combinations when making a booking. Remember to keep the doors closed and locked at all times for the safety and security of all guests and their property.
  2. The club only provides breakfast and dinner as a rule. On occasions when the weather is bad and the ski field is closed lunch may be provided, Please liaise with the custodian.
  3. Dinner is normally served around 6.30 – 7pm so bring snacks and drinks for after skiing if you require them. The club only provides after skiing snacks on special occasions.  Please advise the custodian if you are arriving late and require dinner.
